The house with apartment has eight double bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The house has five double bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The garden apartment has two double bedrooms with bathrooms.
House number usual limit is twelve and apartment four. Large families and parties usually book the house and apartment together. In July and August the house and apartment are let together.
* Smaller parties or families of up to 8 are offered these special prices for exclusive use of house with apartment rooms included. There are cots and extra single beds and sofa beds available.
Special winter short term break and long term rates can be arranged.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.

Electricity, gas and water are included. There is a washing machine in the Table Tennis room. There are television sets but with limited English channels. There are radio and CD players and a piano.
Our cleaning ladies come on Saturday and usually one other day in the week. If you would like extra cleaning please arrange this with Claudio.
There is horse riding available on the next estate at Pieve a Salti, a farm/restaurant. There are tennis courts in Buonconvento.
Please give a deposit with your booking of 20%. The balance is payable eight weeks before your holiday date. Your deposit could be retained if cancellation is less than eight weeks from your holiday date and we cannot re-let.
In winter there is central heating, and there are open fireplaces in the living room and kitchen of the house for log fires.
