| The garden apartment is self contained and spacious. It occupies the old wine fattoria on the ground floor.
The kitchen breakfast room opens through arches into a dining area. The living room has French windows leading to the garden at the front of the house and a private terrace at the side of the house.

 The views are towards Montalcino and down the valley to Monte Amiata. The apartment shares the grounds and swimming pool with the house. |
| There is one double bedroom with double bed and bathroom adjoining, and one with twin beds and bathroom adjoining.
It is possible to add another bedroom area for a single bed or cot. |  |
| A central hallway and staircase link the apartment to the house and make it easy for it to be integral to the house or completely separate. | |
